"Nothing diminishes ANXIETY faster than action" - Walter Anderson |
I saw it From the gloomy alleyways A sharp cutlass with a cloth Covering the luminous blade Is it safe? Is it dangerous? Maybe a mild interference Or a wild threat to humanity? The judge said it's guilty But the crowd speak it's innocent Like it speaks to the gods And it asks to the devils Simultaneously Two situations can happen: Uncovering the cloth can compose pain A destructive musical piece Where every note chips an attack And every rest can leave gashes Cell by cell, organ by organ Instantaneously demolished On the other hand... Uncovering the cloth can benefit With a solution that diminishes problems A value hidden between the depths of infinite numbers Will soon substitute the variable of an equation The equation of life Like the perfect last piece of a jigsaw puzzle And answer the final question science can't explain Then, I dropped it Just to avoid further consequences To play it safe But I feel empty and ignorant To trust expectations from reality To betray probability To not experiment enough Knowing that I never got anywhere Nor any place at any time I cannot stop shivering Fidgeting on everything possible Each and every part of me want to scream "I have to make a choice" "I have to make a choice" "I have to make a choice!" So I unraveled it Shutting my eyes while peeking As I steadily stretch out a hand The cloth clatters with the air And... It's just a normal knife... |
