Jay was checking his mail when a car plowed into him knocking him out of his shoes and onto the pavement, Jay had a gun, which he carried for protection of snakes in the rural area, He shot at the car, not hitting anyone.

“Help, Linda! That darn Terry did a hit and run on me, call 911.”

Linda dialed, it took them thirty minutes to arrive, a State Police officer and an ambulance showed up. They took Jay who was badly injured to the hospital. Linda called her mom, she couldn’t be left alone due to being handicapped. Her mom brought her home.

That night a man showed up at the door claiming to be Jays best friend,
Linda knew the man and Jay were friends. His name was Chad. He offered to watch Linda’s house for her while she was away, and she agreed as they had already had a break-in.

Chad and his family moved in Linda’s house. They helped themselves to everything Linda and Jay owned and fled the area.
Linda tried hard to find the guy, He was playing an awfully good game of hide-n-seek. Linda made a complaint at the Sheriffs department, but they just blamed her for allowing him to stay. Linda was not going to let him get by with it. She tracked him down by using the internet. She found out he had not only stolen all of her property but he stole her identity and charged thousands of dollars of stuff to various stores. She tracked him playing cat and mouse and found him in Georgia. When she saw him she kicked him hard in his groin. And then swore out a warrant for him.
