A short story about a man with an inner demon
“Help me! I’m trapped! Mirrors are surrounding me, I can’t break free. I can’t stand looking at this reflection, it's hurting me. My stomach is twisting! OH GOD!!!” As he falls to the floor in pain a sinister creature takes form. As the mirrors shatter the creature breaks through and is free. It’s now hunting for its next victim. The man is now a shadow reflection of this beast like creature. So ugly, so evil, so heartless. The man, what did he do to deserve this? It wasn’t his fault! Or was it?
As the beast hunts for its next victim the man is trapped inside this beast and can’t control it, the man doesn’t want anyone hurt. Its too late… the damage has been done… so many innocent people. The man is back to his original form, he takes in the damage he has created. “Oh god! What did I do? No no no this can’t be happening!” as the man collapses to the ground with tears in his eyes, he is broken completely. He curls up in ball and bursts into tears.
Just then the wind picks up, it is starting to get heavier! Then a women appears. “Look at you, so pathetic! This is what happens when you make a deal with the devil! You thought you could actually live a happy life?” she starts to laugh… “Not even god could save you hahaha”. The man takes form of the beast, and it lets out a sinister laugh. In a sinister voice it says “there is no god” and it launches at the women taking one strike to her body. As he lays there lifeless the beast stands over top of her and says “where’s your god now?”. The man takes form and is now in a dark room with a bed and lays on the bed curled up once more. “I’m trapped”.
