Muddy rubber boots

Animals wandering around on the farm as the kids splash in the puddles. There rain boots keeping every drop of water from getting on the little feet jumping into the next puddle. Laughter fills the air as the small chubby duck splashes along beside them. Each quack the ducks make, only makes the child laugh more. The mother steps outside to call her children in only to see the splashing in puddles along side the ducks. She smiles for she already knows, she won't see this sort of sight after a few more years, Taking in the sight she leaves them be.
