ADJUSTMENT

Exposure to different enviornment have always been a difficult task for us . You are exposed to new people , new situations and new surroundings but slowly and gradually you learn that adjustment is the only way out. You try to comprehend the whole system that surrounds you and eventually you become the part of it. When child is sent to school he cries for one day or may be one week but eventually he understands that he has to adjust himself in enviornment of school. One month later he starts mingling with other kids around him and gradually he becomes the part of that enviornment which was completely new for him and he was afraid of being part of him. Thus its in human nature to adjust himself to different situations and exposures. It takes time to comprehend and understand the new enviornment and people but once you understand it life in that enviornment becomes easier and quite enjoyable . Life is not an easy task but once you grab the trick to live it you can bring changes in your life. We should develop the habit of accepting the people and enviornment otherwise life in that particular place becomes very horrible . We should embrace people from different cultures, provinces , states , countries and belonging to different religion because its very important in order to survive in your workplace. Today life is like a race and this race is for survival . Those who adjust themselves and try to accept enviornmental situations they survive till end and those are the real survivors.

In my point of view when person is exposed to entirely different enviornment he/she is not exposed to entirely different situation but he/she is exposed to new cultures, traditions , languages , religions , and people which cannot not be easily understood and thus adjustment and acceptance is the only way to survive in that place
