Life is about being happy not about dishonesty or discomfort.
Can you say you're exactly the same person you were at five years old? Your personality? Your actions? Your body? You in general?
I can say I’m not! things that are different about me:
I’m a young adult.
I’m more outgoing and kind.
I know that I have autism.
I know NOTHING is wrong with me.
My body grew to a beautiful person!

So if we are not the same person as we were at 5 years old, that means that we are capable of change. I changed and grew up and out of so many things! I realized 3 months ago, I didn’t like who I became as an adult. So I went to rehab in different places and learned a lot.
Things that were true about me before I left and after:
1) I really didn’t who I was and the person looking in the mirror.
2)I didn’t know what emotions really were until I went to rehab.
3) I reflected on what I’ve done wrong in my life and I forgave myself for all those terrible actions.

“The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new.”
— Socrates
