The Glass Wing Butterfly

A Glass Wing Butterfly?
I didn't know what it was
as it flutter just above.
it's wings were spread
wide and surrounding.
There was something different,
it's wings had no color,
clear as Glass
It's wings had mirrors,
the Glass Wing Butterfly.
Mirrors, Reflections,
clear reflections of
everything around it.
It is beautiful
the Glass Wing Butterfly.
Defensive protecting
mating ritual wings.
Reflection of it's self
and it's mate.
and all it's surrounding
The Glass Wing Butterfly.
if you looked closely
without concern
it would look invisible.
Are we like them?
the Glass Wing Butterfly,
transparent invisible
to our surroundings,
for Defensive tactics,
We don't want to be seen
What if we stood
completely still
and we have a clear
reflection of ourselves
within and without
our surrounding,
what would we see?
Would we see love,
would we see peace
would we see, fellowship
with mankind?
No these things can not be seen.
We would see what
the Glass Butterfly
see's a reflection of it's self
and a reflection of me.
