Ever Changing
By Lisa Noe

Every few years it seems that life will change,
Sometimes for the better, other times, it brings pain.
As I wake each morning I know not what life will bring,
I hold my breath, hope for the best, I hope it doesn’t sting.

This ever-changing life is like a merry-go-round
You never know if it goes too fast, you’ll fall and hit the ground.
You are never really in control and pain will find you hiding.
When you lose a loved one or even lose your inner self.

“Nothing is so painful to the human mind as a great sudden change.”
when a loss is suffered it breaks you, it makes you suffer pain.
You want to get over it and never suffer that way again.
But there will always be death or heartbreak within range.
