Mary's Lamb
By Lisa Noe

Mary Had a little lamb.
Who thought that she was nuts.

He went everywhere that Mary went,
Then she tried to cut out his guts.

He ran away, he tried to flee,
She followed and broke her knee.

To the ground, little mary went,
The lamb looked back so he could see.

Mary saw this lamb was false,
He was just a big gray goat.

So Mary ran to him so fast
With a broken knee and a torn-up coat.

Mary, being nuts, did say
Don’t run from me this very day.

I see a goat but it’s just a lamb
I forget just who I am.
