Easter dawn sparkles with the glory of God,
a beginning to end ignorance, to end darkness.
There’s a new light on the horizon, the light of love,
spreading across the continents in gay abandon.
Easter bells from the hill chapel ring in hope in every heart
echo through the world, urging us to sing and celebrate
the news of His resurrection that takes the world by storm.
Excitement among the brethren is everywhere to be seen,
signaling the rebirth of faith and fervor among His flock.
Lord Jesus is here and now with us, in His very own body,
not a phantom or a dream but a vision full of angelic aura.
Carrying the cross of our crimes, He saved our sinning souls
By suffering and sacrificing his young life for a sublime cause.
Let us anon greet Him, the One who walked from death to immortality
with prayerful songs of deep devotion, gratitude, and eternal belief.
