Survival requires taking one step at a time
Happiness is not much different
It just feels better.

We can become exhausted
Confusion sets in and we are lost
We become disoriented And
Unable to find our path.

Our path to what???
Welllll !!! that could be
Home, comfort, happiness
Joy, Desire, belonging
It doesn't matter because
It is your path to follow
There are many paths
Find the one you want

So there you are alone
in your own mind. Lost
Do a self assessment.
Fell down or still standing?
Decide what is up or down
Are you wounded/hurt?
Serious or minor then heal it

Lost or unfamiliar?
look around you for familiar.
What is the next step?
Doesn't matter. Take that step.
Step forward or back.
Doesn't matter just take that step.
Redo self assessment
Standing, lost, wounded?

Take several more steps
Right direction or wrong?
Does it matter right now?
You are moving on Your Path

Wounds still hurt but you are standing
