A poem about Faith in our Society

Now I really wish I understood what is wrong with all my brothers?
For just sit back and listen !
If we kill off each other at this rate sooner or later we will become extinct!
There are these murders are day by day!
For as people we should be more evolved
Please tell me why people are so cruel and savage,
It just goes to show an eye is for an eye
we are just as ruthless as a tooth is for a tooth.
So would you rather be blind and toothless
Now if your excuse for killing is for fun
So what is the use and now thinking how many have died by their gun.
There have been bullets that have killed they don't discriminate,
from civil rights activists to our friends and our families.
Now can you imagine their strife on missing out on this thing called life.
As its going harder with each and every stride,
as i get rid of all this pain as it is like mixing bleach and tide
as we put away our differences
and try working things out,
for there is not need to argue and scream and shout.

All we need to do is put away these weapons of modern day man,
So lets be real
As this world is full of hate
"Hey, another kid and baby dies by a stray"
As there another funeral
Now at what cost do we celebrate the life or mourn the loss
As shit goes down this is not okay.

Now losing the ones you loved
For who is fighting for our rights
Now please tell me why we will not take up a stand and fight for our rights?
POP, POP, POP till somebody drops
As another body is full of bullet holes
with hollow tip shells that landed
on the ground and now nobody knows
As for these killings must stop
Now as humankind continues to struggle each and everyday
For we should pass these struggles like 4.0
When will these struggles stop

I wish I knew
As we our brothers keeper
Please tell me who is the keeper of our brothers
What however do we want from our brothers is what that you want from one another
When sometimes we call our brothers out of their name
Then in return we do it the same
As we don't even want to be forgiven
For this is not even how we should be liven
As we want to be lifted up
As we hold our brothers down
Now have you ever heard the old saying what goes around comes around
For all we want is to be heard
As we don't even want to listen
For we leave our brothers in the dark
As we just sit back and glisten
For we all want what is best in life
As we leave our brothers with the rest
For we get the bigger slice of the pie
As we give our brothers less
For we want everyone to help us
As we choose who we want to help
For we are not even seeing or even caring
about how our brothers felt
Now as we favor not even our brothers
For all we want is our brothers favor
As we rather not do all there work but we would rather leave our brothers with all their labor
For we want all the best food , health care
As we go and tell all of brothers
That you can fend for yourself
Now we want them to have ours
but we don't always have their back
Now when we grow old and weak and lost now why will we not give them there strength and guidance that is where we begin to lack
For as I pray for you
As you pray for me
We must do this because we as our brothers keeper for our brothers
For this is what we should be doing for all our brothers
However this is what we should want from one another is that I pray for all my brothers
