October Eclipse

The Solar Eclipse today was very unusual and beautiful. I did not directly look at the eclipse because I did not have the special glasses. I plan on getting some next time though for the next eclipse. I did capture a picture of the eclipse without looking at it. Although it was not that bright outside the picture was bright. I had heard it could damage a phone camera but my phone seems fine. Probably next time there is an eclipse I will skip a photo and just look at it with glasses. I like that it was in October and I also liked the eeriness of the sky. The shadows it cast on the sidewalk made a lovely pattern like hundreds of mini crescent moons . I love the mysteries and unique aspects of our Universe, especially eclipses.
