For in the dreams of bath-time nights, He'll sail again, with morning lights.
In porcelain seas, where sudsy waves arise,
A yellow warrior sails with sunlit eyes.
No feathered friend, no webbed and flapping wings,
This ducky rides on plastic bubbles' rings.

His beak, a smile beneath a crown of foam,
His body plump, a haven far from home.
He braves the depths, the swirling whirlpool's might,
A captain brave, in sudsy armor bright.

The soapy mountains loom, then melt away,
He conquers peaks, then surfs the bubbles' spray.
With paddle strokes of tiny rubber feet,
He battles monsters, never once retreat.

The mermaid's comb, a coral reef so white,
His bath-time quest, to conquer day and night.
He greets the ships of plastic dinosaurs,
And shares his bubbly treasure with bath toys' roars.

But when the tide recedes, the water gone,
He rests upon the porcelain, adventure done.
A tiny knight, his battles fought and won,
The rubber ducky, till next bath to come.

So dream, dear ducky, of your sudsy seas,
When morning light your plastic kingdom sees.
For you're a hero, though your world is small,
The bravest sailor, conquering it all.
