Leaving you breathless
And drunk with anticipation.
I hear your breath catch and I smile --
I have you in the palm of my hand.
Your heart dances with mine
And we are one --
Lost in this vortex of touch and taste
Our senses aflame and wanting
There is nothing here, but us
And our love
Tangled together
Through time and space.
Our love stays the test of time
It is far stronger than death
And no one can breach the bonds
We have forged.
