North Atlantic League Cup Ideas

How about a North Atlantic League Cup Of Football, on top of domestic and Euro soccer?.
My idea would be we keep our domestic leagues, but have extra cross border cups on top of domestic and European football.
I am Scottish, and would like leading Scottish teams to play in the North Atlantic League Cup,
It could be group stage trophy, on top of domestic and UEFA football trophies.
There could be 4 to 6 teams from each country.
Countries taking part could include Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, Poland, Austria, Greece, Switzerland, Bosnia, Serbia, Croatia, Turkey, Norway, Sweden, Finland, France, Denmark, Portugal, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Saudi Arabia, the USA, Morocco, Brazil, Canada, Iceland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Egypt, Nigeria, the UAE, Kuwait, and other nations.
Travel would be an issue, but teams from Scotland and Wales have been to Central Asia, in UEFA trophies. While Scottish, Welsh and Irish club sides travel to Italy and South Africa in rugby. I think an extra major pan continental European trophy with American, Asian, and African, sides is possible.
Teams like Glasgow Celtic, Aberdeen, Glasgow Rangers, Dundee United, Hibernian, Heart of Midlothian, Motherwell, and Dundee could represent Scotland.
Cross border trophies would be great. Arabian nations could bring money.
