A poem I came up with, interpret it how you will, though I don't usually write poetry.
Watch my dance,
with moon rays upon your hearth,
sputtering, dying, burning embers;
a dragon's breath so soft.

Hear my song,
the silver tongue of serpents:
floating, soaring, falling lies,
under jurisdiction of cold night.

Taste my passion,
flirting with thy fancy;
blinding, senseless, intoxicating lust
of ghost touches and feathers of skin.

Scent my ashes,
strewn across broken lands;
bleeding, hurting, ageless scars,
blood, a trick upon the tip of thy tongue.

And feel my sorrow,
of stars and shattered ice,
unforgiving, unforgotten, silent tears.
A mourning ocean song.
