A. Each junior diplomat is met by inhabitants

1. Documents how each world are being overlooked
2. Documents how each world is being taken advantage of

C. Each junior diplomat finds solutions for each world
1. Each diplomat makes each world seen by the Galactic Council
2. Each diplomat brings an end of each world being taken advantage of

III. The Return

A. Each diplomat leads a diplomatic envoy from each world
1. Each envoy flies to the Galactic Council in their own ways
2. Each envoy makes their position clear to the Galactic Council

IV. The Conclusion

A. Each junior diplomat becomes official diplomats
B. Each junior diplomat represents Earth's interests
1. Each overlooked world accept Earth in a trade alliance
