A little poem about taking my love’s hand and not wanting to let go.
I want to steal your hand and not let go,
To keep you by side for days on end,
To feel your warmth as time begins to slow,
To feel our energies begin to blend.

I want to see your hand woven into mine,
And know that the privilege is mine alone,
I want to feel shivers go down my spine
With every moment your hand’s in my own.

I want to feel your hand cradling mine
As you lead us into life’s many walks,
A gesture that everything will be fine,
Since we’re hand in hand for our walks and talks.

I want to feel your hand reaching for me
As you sleep because you want my warm touch,
As you wake up because you yearn for me,
At any chance since it’s never too much.
