Eight line poem
LIFE LESSONS

If you are able, get out of bed and face each day.
Don’t procrastinate, somethings won’t wait.
Be brave, face troubles, they won’t just go away.
Be a friend to yourself and be your best mate.

If you can, you must.
You’ll wish you had one day.
Get help from those you trust.
Slap on a smile, it’s the only way.
