Another beautiful sunrise colored the sky over Woodland Village. Ryan Michaels had been in said village for a little over a week now, and what a week it has been. He’s met a good chunk of the village, including his new roommates, Foxy and Aurora. They had been the first two Ryan had met since supposedly taking the whippet of the century via a plant that was delivered to his front door. The fox and the wolf took him in almost immediately, though immediately after they ran into a hiccup: Foxy eating a strange fruit one day and finding herself bigger than Aurora, and Aurora’s already huge, at 6’0”, 300-ish pounds (182.88 cm, 136-ish kg). Foxy’s weight nearly went over three times that. After her friends had a run-in with the local mad scientist, Nikolai Stroheim, Foxy has returned to normal.
On this day, Foxy seemed particularly excited for whatever reason. She exuded joy in whatever she did on that day, especially with making breakfast. Ryan and Aurora watched as Foxy fried some eggs.
“What’s with her?” Ryan asked Aurora.
“We are going to have a picnic with Joseph and Mama,” replied Aurora. “And Mama will love you.”
“She taught Joseph all he knows about medicine,” Foxy added, vibrating with anticipation. “Now, let’s eat and get there!”
