Allowed to make a fuss
Festivus, Festivus, Festivus
When we can cuss, cuss, cuss
And throw tantrums and make
A fuss, fuss fuss!!

"Why did Santa bring me a bus?"
"This doll's hair is all a-muss!"
That's what we hear when we cheer
Festivus Festivus Festivus

Cousin says sister didn't invite
Her to brother's birthday night
Aunt says uncle doesn't know her size
Which didn't come as a surprise

Mom said Dad didn't do his chores
Dad said he'd washed windows and doors
Then suddenly what do you know
They heard a hearty HO HO HO

And down the chimney came some soot
Followed by a nice big boot
Then Santa twinkled, oh so jolly
And spoke to the family

"Even if you didn't like the presents
What matters is your presence
While we all have excuses for cussing
Try counting your blessings!"

Well, that was the best gift yet
Advice as good as you can get
Changing our attitude
We found the gift of Gratitude!
