An Unexpected Decision

Once, there was a girl who was deeply passionate about her studies. From an early age, she excelled in academics, topping her school till her twelfth grade. Her love for learning was unmatched, and she dreamed big, aspiring to achieve greatness. She chose to pursue the challenging path of becoming a Chartered Accountant (CA), a decision fueled by ambition and the hope of making her mark.

She cleared CA IPCC within a few attempts, setting her sights on conquering the final stage in her very first attempt—preferably with a rank. But life, as it often does, had other plans. Attempt after attempt, she faced setbacks, nine in total. With each one, her once unshakable resolve began to crumble, and her strength to continue diminished.

Her hopes of achieving her dream faded, replaced by exhaustion and self-doubt. She often found herself wondering, What if I could go back to that moment when I decided to join CA? Would I choose differently?

Now, standing at a crossroads, she isn't sure if walking away is the right decision. Yet, there is one thing she knows with certainty—she is tired. Tired of a life defined by relentless studying, by constant pressure, and by a dream that no longer feels like hers.
