Dream Date: 01/08/25 - Short Dream Story
"Hey, I was planning on coming up to see you soon" There was a peculiar pause between each of our responses. As I await an answer I stand outside of my car's door. The sky appears to a bit grey, and there's been signs of snowfall. Of course, It's chilly out too. Something I really didn't plan for either. Receiving, yet again, no answer while on the phone...the silence was received.

I hang up and take a look around - There was a particular red door that was located about two stories high that called out to me and was
opened. It was full of a few rememberable yet unfamiliar faces. I greeted these friends with excitement...as if I had known them for a while. We gathered around the sofa in the living which sat perfectly aligned in front of this antique tv. Time slowed and I watched as we smiled and laughed among each other.

I wished I was able to maintain this type of friendship. It always seemed so difficult, but here it was just that...a dream. I enjoyed this setting as long as I could. The woman among us stood up and made her way to the back of the apartment. For some reason I followed right behind her. We chilled for a moment in this room, and in stumbled Armand. The hairs on my back rose as he rushed into our room. He demanded the woman I stood with leave. Afraid of any repercussions she made her way out the room, and left the door cracked open.

His eyes pierced towards one part of me which appeared to be my neck. I grew intensively nervous, and weary while in his presence. "You don't appear to be taken. Your canvas is blank too." As he peers deeper into me, I grow stiff and am unable to move...I now feel my back against the wall. He raises his hand only to caress the side of my face searching for any marks. In a nervous panic quickly mention my encounter with Astarion, and pull down my collar to show Armand the scars left from his last feeding in hopes he'd spare me.
