from the beaver clan

like the sea otter sunning on a rock

with trees and plants on a forest floor

Sing star-songs
under the moon waning and waxing

Express gratitude to Earth and the Heavens
and all creatures therein

Create your own sacred paths
as you trek new territories

Dance in the summer rain
and inhale fragrance of clean air
