A Prayer For Strength and Clarity

Higher Power,
I come to You in my weakness, asking for Your strength.
You see my heart, my struggle, and my yearning to be free.
Right now, the craving whispers lies,
Telling me I can handle just one more,
But I know the truth—that path leads to darkness and despair.

Help me to see through the delusion,
To feel the weight of my choices before I make them.
Grant me the courage to face my demons,
The grace to walk past temptation,
And the wisdom to remember why I started this journey.

Today, I will encounter the pull of the past,
And I ask for Your shield to protect me.
Keep me grounded in the present,
Remind me of the peace and joy that come with clarity and sobriety.

Fill me with Your love where emptiness threatens to take root,
And remind me that I am not alone.
With each breath, may I feel Your presence,
And with each step, may I move closer to freedom.

Thank You for guiding me to this moment of courage.
I trust in Your power to see me through.
