Wallace Amos

Product: “Famous Amos” Chocolate Chip Cookies and muffins.
Production: 1 cup of white sugar.1 cup of butter. 1 cup of vegetable oil. 1 egg. 1 tbsp of milk.4 cups of all-purpose flour. 1 ts of salt. 1 ts cream of tartar. 1 ts of baking soda. 1 ts of vanilla extract. 2 cups of chocolate chips. Mix, roll into balls, and then bake at 350 degrees.
Distribution: Famous Amos went through four different packaging.
Consumption: The way people use it is we eat them.
History: The cookie company was founded in 1975. Wallace Amos was born in 1936. When the new agency experienced problems Amos moved his company to Los Angeles, California. By 1974, Amos was tired of show business and turned to his love of baking. He also was the host of the adult reading program, Learn To Read. He later co-founded Uncle Wally's muffins.
