Eight line poem

Thursday prompt:Yesterday

Yesterday when Paul sang this song,
I was sixteen and so much in love.
Yesterday is where I belong,
It fitted, as a hand fits a glove.

Today, I find hard to navigate,
With its emojis and and blogs and such.
I’m me, the oldie, who’s so out of date.
‘Cause today I’m just out of touch.
