Eight line poem

You might be told to ‘keep you hair on.’
What a funny thing to say,
After all unless it’s made of Dacron,
Your hair won’t simply fly away!

‘I’ve got cold feet,’ that means I’m scared.
‘Shake a leg,’means please get moving
A problem halved is a problem shared,
And to pull someone’s leg is just amusing.
