Pathways and difficult decisions

Indecision rules my mind and heart
I can't decide which turn is best
One that takes me far from home
Or one that takes me to my home

Cowardice is a terrible thing
Especially when you're all alone
Try to be brave for my family
But, the road ahead is so lonely

Both roads lead to Nowhere Land
But can I sacrifice my family too
Can I travel the road alone, nobility could be my epitaph

I turn away from the path to home
With tears pouring down my cheeks, I begin my journey to true nowhere
The knowledge my family are safe and warm
This cross I bear is mine alone.
