A tribute to my Mother, Florence H. B. Williams, on Mother's Day 2025. I miss you.

God called her. She answered. My world has never been the same! Glad the time we had together was stupendous, genuine, and special, because without the love she poured into me, I would not have made it after she left.

Thank you, mother, for being so divine, so discerning, forthright, and on time in making me understand that you were only here for a short time, and then you would be moving on. Yes, you said the same applied to me, and I should make every minute count.

What an inspiring and knowledgeable teacher you were. You knew things that just were impossible to know, yet you knew them and shared them with me and my children. What a woman. What a mother. What a gift, and God gave you to me.

Thank you for sharing your love, knowledge, compassion, and strength, and molding me into the woman I have become. Because of the light you showed me in your life, I strive every day to be at my best, or at least striving toward my best.

Today is Mother's Day, and I take this moment to reflect, remember, and rededicate myself to being the best I can be at all times. Thank you for the solid foundation you gave me.

You were and always will be the greatest mother of all time - THE GOAT!

Dedicated to the woman I call MOTHER!
