An eagle fly's around amongst towering peaks.

Searching for a quiet place to retreat.

It's middle aged now and its parts are worn.

Feathers getting old interferes with soaring.

So it finds a little nook at the top of a mountain.

Sheltered from the elements rain like a fountain.

It pulls out all of its own feathers and talons.

It hurts but it knows there is no way around it.

It lays their defenseless waiting to mend.

For its food on other birds it depends.

Remains there until everything grows back strong.

New feathers and talons to stretch its life long.

Always remember that things could be worse.

We all go through things in our lives that hurt.

How do you think eagles know what to do?

God created them as well and they have intuition to.
