When your young all you want is a flashy car.

Until you realize those parts are expensive if they break you won't get far.

You took your sign on bonus and bought a fancy crib.

7 bedrooms in it but only one person lives?

Paying all that money to buy a boat so you can cruise.

Fully equipped gym yet still your muscles are diffused.

You have a closet full of brand new cloths that you never wear.

Paying some other person to do your make up and your hair.

How many pairs of shoes in your closet have you seen in the past week?

How many of them do you ever put on your feet?

I'm not just writing these lines for my health.

I'm writing them to try to help everyone else.

Anything you have that's not being put to good use;

Will eventually cause parts of your body not to move.

Make sure you don't violate the law of use because with close analysis;

Holding onto those unused things causes paralysis.

I know most of you do not want to hear it but everything is connected mind, body and spirit.

You may not believe envy and resentment will kill you so stealth.

Prevent feeling those things to take care of your health.

Only wish kindness for others at all times.

You will see and feel the years on your lives rewind.
