Asking my mother questions.
"Mom, how do they get Dick out of Richard"?
My face an innocent expression.

Pondering it in her mind.
Her gaze left mine.
She responded in a moment.
"How do you get Dick out of Richard? You just ask him for it"!


Her face was serious. Looked at her curious.
She realized what I had asked her.
How did we spend the next 5 minutes?
Doubled over with laughter.
