WALK THE DOG!

When the world gets to you
Turn off the tv
Get outdoors, walk the dog
You will soon see

That the trust and faith
Your dog puts in you
Will teach you to be calm
To yourself be true.

Your dog will be happy
To go for a walk
You don't have to listen
He can't really talk.

But a dog can sure smile
In his own funny way
And He'll wag his tail
Loving to play!

A dog is a friend
That is honest and true
Go walk the dog
No need to be blue!
