Mind Path

Super-sensitive skin, ripples, bumps, shivers
Hairs dance on end electrically.
Trembles, hesitates then cracks, teeth dazzle
Lips smile

Heat meets heat, flesh tightens, sure,
Fingers walk the ground curiously
Stops, slows, then falls, salt wells
Eyes shimmer

Cold skin, flees, stings, catches
Tears sizzle explosively on burnt limbs
Trickles, tickles, pushes and escapes
Lips harden

Blunt pain meshes, calms, soothes salt,
Blood seeps, healing, glues broken pieces.
Flows, oozes, escape from arctic areas
Eyes dry

Super-sensitive skin, flinches, hides, screams
Hair flattens, protectively, safe,
Trembles, hesitates then slowly... teeth shine
Lips smile
