INFERNO

Get me out of this hell, I’m trapped here again
This pain and agony, it's not worth the fight
I’m running through these fiery pits once more
But I’m blind, cause it's black as devil's night

Sorrow and pity have taken me over again
This day isn't worth the sun hanging in the sky
I tried to understand what made it happen
All I’m left with is the same questioning why?

Heaven sent no angel and hell no devilish fiend
I’m looking to a moment when something clicks
But all I’ve gotten so far is a needless craze
And I’ve taken more than my share of licks

Can anything be worse than this place I’m in?
All the misery is just more company to seat
A finale of evil isn't even on the agenda now
Epiphany I found lost in the winter's heat

Cry no more of these virgin's tears here again
I’d be happy just to know the world had a care
And so here I am imprisoned cruelly still
At my cell's walls I’ll just sit and softly stare
