Sharp Release

Into the floor;

My blood does seep

Closer to me;

Death does creep

Scars on my wrist;

Opened wide

Gaping wounds;

I no longer hide

Glazing brown eyes;

Stare into the night

A tattered soul;

Takes joyful flight

Red-stained lips;

Smile at peace

Welcoming the razor's;

Sharp-edged release.
