Everyone says your memory is
Long, but perhaps more remarkable
Even, is that, for such brutish size, so
Peaceful and sensitive is your nature.
However, if threatened, you trumpet
And charge, capable of great damage.
No natural predators have you but Man.
Tusks of ivory have led to your demise.
Shame befalls Man for mistreating you.
