In the early days of Golf, great players were on the scene Lord Byron, The Open Doctor, The Slammer & The Squire, The Haig, Thunder Bolt, The Silver Scot, & Gene the Machine. Alas, each has reached the age when even golfers must retire. Next a group of golfers came along & took center stage The Merry Mex, The Walrus, the Smiling Assassin, Carnac Junior, & Gentle Ben. Of those who were the rage The Black Knight, The Golden Bear, & of course The King. Next to show their prowess are Fuzzy, Olly, and The Zinger. Pink Panther, Monty, Woosie, Chachi, and The Maestro too. Then there’s Double D, Radar, Bulldog and Mr. November, Boom-Boom, Long John, & the Shark, to round it out for you. Today we are all watching those who hit ‘em long and straight Lumpy, Popeye, Tank, The Boss of the Moss & Volcano, Sunshine, Snake, & Little Easy. But those who are playing great Are Tiger, VJ, Lefty, Big Easy, Slick, and El Nino. If you may be wondering who these great players might be, I will happily share the information for a standard fee. A moment of your time is all that’s required. A brief critique is all I ask. Your expertise is needed, it is honesty I seek. |
