Be at Jubilee on Fridays: gravy, grits, biscuits, eggs. At fifteen past L.O.S., the place may be full. Then go to the alleys, or sleep by the church. Appointments for meals, for a place to keep sane, for prescriptions or laundry, for employment or sleep.
