My friend
she meant the world to me.
She had a smile that shined like the sun
thru the dark days and the bad.

She smiled
I always loved seeing it.
It always gave my soul hope to hold onto
to keep it warm when our lives was cold and mad.

Everyday that I got a chance to see her
she had the most beautiful laugh I ever heard
with the eyes of a beautiful angel from heaven.

She erased the loneliness when I was with her
she had her own way to make everything
alright again
no matter how hard our lives were that
we were living.

She was close I felt my heart cry
from the happiness that she brought to my life
Just to hear her voice calmed the pain
that was caught up inside.

And when night came I prayed for the lord
to protect her with his love
Keep her safe Lord God give her strength
and hope to never give up.

She was my friend and I loved her
I'd be there in a second if she wanted to cry.
To comfort her and ease the wounds
and wipe away any tear from her eyes.

God you know my heart how much I wish
I could take away her pain
Such a beautiful soul like hers deserves
happiness not no struggle and blame.

She owns a piece of my heart
nothing can ever change the fact
that I care about her from the bottom of my soul
until the end of the world it will always stand.

But, God I miss her so much
I miss hearing her laughs, miss having her close
miss the smiles she brought to my life..
and the happiness she brought
to my soul.
