Interested in the writing methods of Kerouac, Hemingway, Steinbeck and Faulkner. I prefer writing that's a blend of verse and prose. I read mostly literature and avoid general pulp fiction. The old techniques of Rhetoric appeal to me and I enjoy discovering them in readings. I also spend much of my free time reading the great philosophical works of Plato, Aristotle, the Pre Socratics, RD, Kierkegaard, JSM, Thoreau
