I joined this site to work through some problems that I've been having that I can't really talk about, but that seems like a common theme of writers so I won't bore you. I believe that I'm quite good at writing romance and tragedy but I really prefer writing action and mystery. My stories recently have been 1st person letters from one character to their deceased lover/best friend but a lot of my stories include self-harm, drinking, homicide, suicide and the like. My favorite stories are Alice in Wonderland and the Edgar Allen Poe stories. The movies I like are The Crow (only the first), and Perks of Being A Wallflower, but I do like Hugo too.
