I am a 34 year old wife and mother who is finally chasing her dream of being a writer. I was a writer since I learned how to hold a crayon! As I was growing up I wrote poetry and short stories, then wrote for the school paper and the town paper. When I graduated High School I expected to go to college and continue to pursue my dream of a writing career but life got in the way (i.e. unexpected pregnancy). I then had writers block for nearly 17 years. I finally broke through that block with my first article ' Just Say No' and will be going back to college in January to finish my dream of having a communications degree.
