I'm a casual writer of poetry. I've been writing poetry off and on since 1998. I am currently working on a story that's been in the back of my mind since 2000. I have never really worked on putting this story together until a few years ago, but I haven't been working on it consistently until this year. I want to start writing short stories to get begin my portfolio, and to become known as a writer and not just a poet.
