I have written a book about my journey and experiences with mental illness and how I worked my way out and through to the point I am at today.
It includes all psychological tactics that I have had to use to pull myself up and begin again. It is the basics of knowledge that in my experience are the start of a new life.
My new book A Candle to Light the Darkness is one third of the way written and I have included the first chapter as my static item. This book is a daily philosophy written on the many subjects that come up in life and is a book you can dip into at random at any time to be uplifted and motivated forwards on your journey.
