I am a published poet, have won numerous awards and honors for my poetry and want to pursue writing on a full time basis. I love reading, writing and sharing what I have written through the experiences I've gone through in this life. I have three children and 5 grandchildren and am in a committed relationship of 22 years. After breaking my back in 1994 while on the job, my vision of the future changed, every step I have taken has led me in a direction which is much more satisfying and gives me the ability to give back to those I love and to the community in ways of understanding and mental health.
