Cynthia has written 3 books, Butterfly Moments, If This Was Heaven and her latest venture, Pearl,a historical novel about oil, cowboys and ladies of the evening.. Her novel began as a theatrical musical and as she began researching, she became fascinated with the history of women's issues at the turn of the century and the project evolved into a novel. The novel tells the stories of 13 women who in 1923 come together to work at Miss Pearl's Parlor during the West Texas oil boom.
