Self-educated, became a motivated person to strive for higher education. I'm determined to accomplish a mission for teens for the importance of an education. I dropped out in the 9th grade. I received a GED in 1976. Years of wanting an actual High School Diploma became a reality. In 1989, wearing a cap and gown, I received my diploma as a proud thirty-six year old. My message for anyone thinking about dropping out of school--do not, --educate yourself, prepare for the future while young. You will have the knowledge to earn enough money it takes to live comfortable with a peace of mind.
